Ordered two times and both times they didn't include the dessert. Second time they replaced it with something else. Chips were rock hard. I love the chicken but the fries were completely inedible

I had to pick up my order at the restaurant, as the app didn't send a delivery person to the restaurant and they even charged me the delivery fee.

the order arrived 1.5h late because apparently thuisbezorg failed to assign someone to deliver it, which caused major problems and multiple calls. This is unacceptable and appropriate compensation should be provided
